We were served a 5 Course meal with vodka pairings. All of the dishes & cocktails were inspired by Moon Mountain & created by Chefs Dana Tough and Brian McCracken, who are truly talented, and included:
Tuna Tartare and vodka, champagne, angostura bitters and sugar.
Foie Gras Terrine and vodka, sherry, calvados and plum.
Smoked King Crab (my fav) and vodka, dry vermouth and olive.
Duck Confit and vodka, St. Germaine, green chartreuse and orange bitters (my fav)
Pistachio Sponge and vodka, walnut liquor, lillet, orange and chocolate bitters.
