I must be honest, I haven't weighed myself this week and I'm kind of afraid to. I want to be able to see the results by now but I know, I know...it's only been a couple weeks! I am going to keep trying.
Last week my eight year old daughter announced that she is now a vegetarian. She has her own moral reasons but I like to think that my journey is helping to influence her healthy lifestyle choices. So we're on the first full week of meat-free meals and although I wasn't a big carnivore to start, I'm kind of starting to like this!
So, up until now I've been using Neuro Sonic during the day to keep me on track at work and Neuro Trim to keep my cravings down. Both have been great but this week I'm going to incorporate Neuro Sonic into my workout - it's hard enough for me to get TO the gym and sometimes staying focused while I'm there is tough. I haven't actually been able to enjoy it yet. Maybe next week.
Otherwise, I've been able to enjoy some great events over the last week. Blues Traveler at the Skagit Valley Casino (as a fan), PTSA fundraiser family movie night at Edmonds Theater (as a mom) and the release of two awesome projects (as a professional): My Queen and I Love My Life. I'm also really looking forward to the Re-Style Your Style event next week in Ballard. Lord knows, I need some help!
